The most expensive area of Big Bear is the seven mile lakefront with homes priced between $ 900,000 and $6 million. The Big Bear City area of this beautiful mountain community is substantially more reasonable, while only a few miles away from Big Bear Lake and the ski resorts of Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.
